摘要
本文阐述了创造性学习的心理品质在大学生成才中的地位和作用，分析了大学生创造性学习心理品质的构成要素，并提出了加强大学生创造性学习心理品质培养的若干对策。
This paper elucidates the position of creative learning and its role in fostering college students to become persons of talent , and analyses the elements of psychological quality for students’creative learning.In addition,the way to deal with the fostering of psychological quality for a student’screative learning is also proposed.
