摘要
高校扩招与知识失业是一种背反现象。其原因主要是高等教育的发展与社会和经济发展不够协调,存在一定程度的"教育过度"问题。它将影响高校的可持续发展。必须控制扩招总量,调整专业结构,由单纯注重经济效益变为社会效益和经济效益并重;由单纯注重量的扩张变为质量并重,防止大起大落。
The college student-expansion and the graduate-unemployment is a newly emerging phenomenon of 'intestinal obstruction'. This can be ascribed primarily to the inconsistency between the development of higher education and that of the society and its economy. It might be a problem of 'intemperate education' to a certain extent - an obstacle to the sustainable development of universities. Therefore, we should control the college expansion in terms of the total number of new students every year while adjusting the structure of specialties in the light of (1) priority given to both economic and social benefits rather than to the former only and (2) emphasis on both quantity and quality rather than on the former only - a balanced view rather than an extreme one.
