核转录因子κBp65在子宫颈鳞癌中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的: 探讨核转录因子κB(NF- κB)p65蛋白在人宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法: 32例人宫颈鳞状细胞癌为实验组,慢性宫颈炎及正常宫颈组织各30例为对照组。应用免疫组织化学方法检测NF- κBp65蛋白在组织中的表达水平。结果:免疫组织化学方法显示32例宫颈癌组织中NF- κBp65蛋白阳性表达率为68. 7.%,慢性宫颈炎组织中NF -κBp65蛋白阳性表达率为6. 66%,而30例正常组织中无表达,实验组与对照组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:NF- κB活化与宫颈癌的发生有关,NF -κBp65可能成为人宫颈癌治疗的新靶点。 Objective: To evaluate the significance of NF-κB p65 protein expression in 32 cases of human cervical squmous cancer. Methods: The expression of p65 protein was analyzed by using immunohistochemistry method in 32 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,30 of normal cervical tissue ,and 30 of chronic cervical inflammation. Results: The positive rate of NF-κB p65 protein expression in 32 cases of human cervical squmous cell carcinoma was 68.7%, in contrast, in cases of chronic cervical inflammation was 6.66%, none of the normal tissue exhibited NF-κB p65 protein staining. Significant differences were observed between cervical cell carcinoma,chronic cervical inflammation, and normal tissues. Conclusion: Constitutive activation of NF-κB p65 may lead to oncogenesis. NF-κB p65 may be a new therapy target of human cervical squmous cell carcinoma.
