摘要
使用扫描电镜和电子探针能谱仪分析了304不锈钢热轧龟裂样品,给出了开裂的显微特征,并认为由于氮含量较高,板坯在热轧时柱状晶晶界析出氮气泡,从而导致板坯沿晶开裂。
A cracking sample of 304 stainless steel slab was carefully investigated by SEM and EDS. Based on the microanalysis, it is found that the nitrogenous bubbles distribute along grain boundaries of columnar dendrites, and the slab cracking may be due to too high N content in the steel.
