摘要 目的:探讨老年高尿酸血症及其他危险因素与冠心病发病的关系。方法:对55例老年代谢综合征患者进行冠心病常见危险因素调查,除测血压、体重、腰围外均测定血尿酸(UA)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血清胆固醇(TC)、血甘油三酯(TRIG)、内生胰岛素,并加以比较、对照。结果:高尿酸血症39例(70.91%),高尿酸血症组中伴有高血压、糖尿病、高胆固醇、高甘油三酯的比例均比正常尿酸组明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:老年高尿酸血症与代谢综合征、高血压病、糖尿病、高脂血症等疾病关系密切;高尿酸血症可视为冠心病发生的一个危险因素。 Objective: To explore the relation of hyperuricemia in elder person and other dangerous factors with onset of the coronary heart disease. Methods: An investigation of major risk factors of coronary heart disease were done in fifty-five elder patients with metabolic syndrome. In the investigation, the blood pressure, weight, waistline, blood uric acid, fetal blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyccride, insulin level were measured and controlled. Results: In the hyperuricemia group (39 patients) , the number of patients with hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia or hypertriglyceredemia is higher than the non-hyperuricemia group (P < 0. 05). Conclusions: The relationship of elder hyperuricemia with the disease of hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia or hypertriglyceredemia is very close. Hyperuricemia can be seen as a risk factor to coronary heart disease.
