摘要
目的 :提高临床诊治颈部恶性肿瘤术后并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)的水平。方法 :回顾分析4例颈部恶性肿瘤术后并发ARDS的临床资料 ,并复习文献。结果 :颈部恶性肿瘤术后并发ARDS4例中 ,3例死亡 ,1例治愈。结论 :颈部恶性肿瘤术后并发ARDS的诊治依赖于早期发现和机械通气。
Objective: To improve the treatment effect for acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) complicated after the operation of carcinoma in neck. Method: The process of diagnosis and treatment of 4 cases were reviewed retrospectively. Result: The synthetical treatment were performed in 4 patients, 3 were dead, 1 was cured. Conclusion: Treating ARDS complicated after operation of carcinoma in neck depends on early diagnosis and application of mechanical ventilation.
