通过对网络信息资源的现状和读者的需求进行分析,论述了加强网络信息资源的开发的必要性。
This article anayzes the present situation and the need of the readers, expatiates on the necessity of developing information resource on the Internet, and discusses the means of realizing and developing the information resources on the Internet.
