摘要
目的:观察食管心房调搏治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的临床疗效。方法:将5 8例阵发性室上性心动过速患者随机分为食管心房调搏组(30例)与维拉帕米组(2 8例) ,并观察两组的有效率和复发率。结果:食管心房调搏组与维拉帕米组治疗有效率和复发率差异均无显著性(P>0 .0 5 )。结论:食管心房调搏治疗阵发性室上性心动过速有一定疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effic ac y of transesophageal atrical pacing (TEAP) in treating paroxysmal supraventricul ar tachycardia (PSVT).Methods Fifty-eight patients were randomly d ivided into two groups. One group was treated with TEAP (30 cases ) and the othe r group was treated with verapamil (28 cases ). Then the efficacy rate and recur rent rate were observed.Results There was no significant differenc e on the curative effects and recurrent rate between two groups.Conclusi on There might be definite curative effect of TEAP in treating PSVT.
