摘要
乡村资产是创造农业发展内生动力的主要条件,乡村资产的管理直接影响到"三农"问题的解决。本文从乡村资产的特殊作用出发,研究了在农业经济发展中乡村资产存在的问题以及增值管理的要求,探讨了可用的增值管理指标体系,提出乡村资产的管理要从投资、运用和经营三个环节全面加强增值管理,提高资产管理水平。
The country property is a main factor creating the inside motive force of the agricultural development, the country property management affects how to solve the problem of 'agriculture, village and farmer'directly. Based on the special functions of the country property, the problem of country property management and the value-added management requests in agriculture economic development are studied, and the available value-added management index system is inquired into. It believes that the value-added management of the country property should be enhanced completely in three links: the investment, application and running of the country property so as to improve property management level.
