摘要
网络购物是互联网时代的新型商务活动.风险因素是制约网络购物的发展的关键.本文通过对网络购物与传统商业的比较分析,提出了加强权威认证、树立品牌形象、构筑法制环境、加强消费者自我保护等防范对策.
The shopping at network is the newtype commercial activity of times of Internet. The risk factor is the key to restricting development of shopping at network. Through comparative analysis of the traditional commerce and the shopping at the network,this text proposes strengthening authoritative authentication, establishing the brand image, constructing the legal system environment,strengthening consumer's selfprotection etc. and taking precautions against the countermeasure.
