本文设计的相对光谱响应自动测试装置系采用微机控制单色仪进行波长扫描, 单色仪出射的单色辐射经光纤分束器导入标准探测器和待测探测器,两探测器产生 的电流信号分别经两套程控放大器放大,进入两个数字表显示,并由微机对二表头转 换出的数字量采样和处理。该系统设计了自动、半自动和手动等功能,既可联机工作, 又可脱机工作,使用方便。 该系统不更换光栅时的应用波长范围为360-1000nm,波长精度小于0.3nm, 测量重复精度0.4%
The auto-measure apparatus of spectral response described in this paper uses a computer to control a monochrometer to scan incident radiation wavelength. The light comeing out of the monochrometer is split up into two light beams and led respectively to a standard detector and to a testing detector by a fiber-optical splitter. The two photoelectric signals produced by the two detector are amplified by two amplifiers controled through the program and get into two digital display. The computer simples the digital count and deals with them. This system was designed to automatic, automanual and manual measuring functions and is very Convenient to use. When the grating isn't altered, the working wavelength range from 360 nm to 1000 nm; The wavelength precision is 0. 3 nm; The repeating precision of measurement is 0. 4%.
