Synthesis of Laury Glutamate Using SnC_4·5H _2O/C as a Catalyst

摘要 以谷氨酸和月桂醇为原料,固体酸SnCl4·H2O/C为催化剂合成了谷氨酸月桂酯。正交实验得出最佳的反应条件为:月桂醇100mmol,n(谷氨酸)∶n(月桂醇)=1∶1,SnCl4·H2O/C1.2g,135℃反应4.0h,醇转化率97.9%。 Laury glutamate was synthesized by esterification of glutamic acid with lauryl alcohol using SnCl 4·5H 2O/C as a catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions were established as follows: lautyl alcohol was 100 mmol, n(glutamic acid) ∶n(laury alcohol)=1 ∶1, reaction temperature was 135 ℃, reaction time was 4.0 h, SnCl 4·H 2O/C was 1.2 g. The conversion of lauryl alcohol was 97.9% under the optimal conditions.
