摘要
终身学习理念的发展,使成人终身学习的重要性凸显,并推动了世界上众多国家成人终身学习政策的调整与变革.其变化集中体现为:保障成人终身学习的权利;保证成人终身学习的公平;提高成人终身学习的能力;营造良好的成人终身学习环境.
With the development of life-long learning, the importance of adult lifelong becomes evident and push the adjustment and reform of the international adult education policy. All these changes primarily focus on in following aspects,such as guaranteeing the right of adult lifelong learning,ensuring the equity of adult life-long learning,increasing the ability of adult life-long learning,and constructing the good environment of life-long learning.
