摘要
目的探讨治疗化脓性膝关节感染的药物治疗的新方法。方法对21例不同类型的膝关节感染病人在使用膝关节镜辅助下,进行相应外科处理后,按照辩证论治原则,使用银黄灌洗液进行局部灌洗。结果21例病人中,效果优良者19例,效果欠佳者2例。结论使用银黄灌洗液进行局部灌洗,具有局部药物浓度高,可充分发挥中药清热利湿解毒及清除坏死组织的功效,具有减少耐药菌株产生,对膝关节组织无损害,可反复进行等优点。同时可充分发挥膝关节镜微创手术的优越性。
Objectives To discuss the new method of treatement of the knee arthrosis pyogenic infection? Methods After the relative surgical treatment of 21 different cases of knee arthrosis pyogenic infection with kneescope,according to the principle of the dialectical method. The honeysuckle- amboyna liquid was used to lavage the location? Results Among the 21 cases ,the effect of 19 cases was good,2 case was not good enough .Conclusion The usage of honeysuckle- amboyna liquid to lavage the location has the function of high concentration medicine in the location ,and that can fully exert the efficiency of antipyretic,clear damp,detoxify and eliminating the necrotic tissue is attained. To compare with the conventional methods,which has the advantage of reducing the production of medicine-resisting strain,no damage to the knee arthrosis and being repeatedly used.And that can also fully exert the advantage of micro-wounded operation with kneescope.
