摘要
我国货币政策动态不一致性的主要原因是货币的内生性、金融创新、民间信用发展及一定程度的金融抑制。双目标弹性货币政策规则是避免货币政策动态不一致性、保持经济稳定增长的一个较好的货币政策规则。
Monetary policy is essentially in macro-control of economy, and China has made great progress in micro-control at present, but time inconsistency existed in the process of China's monetary policy. In this paper, we analyzed the dates acquired from investigations and presented the factors such as endogenous money,finance innovation,financial restrain, etc. which resulted in time inconsistency of monetary policy.In conclusion,we devised a kind of monetary regulation named the elastic monetary regulation with double goals .We think it is suitable for China to keep economy's stable increasing.
