信息资源已成为国家战略资源。科技信息资源在促进科技进步及科技成果转化为生产力的过程中更具有不可替代的重要作用。对科技信息促进社会生产力发展,推动企业科技进步,全面提高企业经济效益等几个方面进行探讨,进而阐明科技信息的重要地位和作用。
Information resource has become the resource of state strategy,and the scientific information resource plays an irreplaceable function in promoting the progress of sci-tech and in changing sci-tech achievements into productive forces.The paper approaches the functions that scientific informationi plays in developing social productive forces,hightening profits of enterprises so as to expound the important position and function of scientific information.
