摘要
本文通过实例阐述了大城市高温灾害的主要成因是热岛效应；分析了高温对工业生产、人民生活的影响和危害，进而提出了城市高温灾害的预防措施和对策。
This paper explained the hot-island effect which is the main cause of formation of the megatherm hazard in the big city,analyzed the influence and harm of the megatherm to indusrial production and people's life,and put forward the preventive measures and the way to deal with the hazard of the megatherm in the city.
