摘要
对18个水稻亚种间杂种及其21份亲本材料进行了光温反应测定,分析了F1与其亲本的遗传关系。结果表明:亚种间杂种的感光性强和短日高温生育期短表现为超显性遗传或显性遗传;感温性的遗传关系比较复杂。并从光温反应特性的角度对我国主要稻区亚种间杂交水稻组合选育的亲本配组模式进行了讨论。
The Reaction of growing period to light and temperature of 18 intersubspecific F1 hybrids andtheir 21 parents were surveyed.and the genetic correlation between F1s and their corresponding parents wereanalysed.The results indicated that the sensitivity for daylength and the short-day-high-temperaturegrowing period of intersubspecific F1 hybrids showed epistatic dominance inheritance or dominant inheritance,but the inheritance of the sensitivity for temperature was much more complicated. In the paper,the modelsfor selecting parents in the development of intersubspecific hybrid rice combinations in major rice-growingregions of China was also discussed.
