摘要
概括了超临界流体萃取技术和包括连续式操作在内的超临界流体萃取装置的研究现状 ,提出了一种通过球形进、卸料器完成固相物料超临界流体萃取连续化进卸料的装置 ,介绍了该装置的结构和工作原理 ,给出装置中各主要部件的计算方法。
The general situation of supercritical fluid extraction technology and equipment including continuous operation equipment are summarized in this p aper. A new device in a supercritical fluid extraction unit was put forward in w hich the solid material can be continuously loaded and unloaded by a pair of sph erical loading/unloading components. The structure and operation principle of th e device were introduced and discussed in the paper, and the calculation method to the key components of the device was given.
