摘要
计算机控制系统中的故障诊断技术作为发现和处理故障的主要手段 ,具有非常重要的意义和研究价值 .文章详细介绍了故障诊断技术的发展、任务和多种方法 ,最后给出了 3种用于软件故障诊断的可靠性模型 。
Fault diagnosis technique is a main measurement of finding and managing faults in the computer control system. It has very important meaning and researching worthiness. This article introduces the development mission and some methods of Fault Diagnosis Technique in detail. Finally, It lists three software reliability models, analyzes the mathematical model equations and some diagnosis parameters.
