摘要
通过外标定量法 ,利用大口径石英毛细管柱测定盐酸尼非卡兰中有机溶剂甲醇、氯仿、吡啶、四氢呋喃和二甲基甲酰胺的残留量 .该方法的相关系数均大于 0 .99,相对标准偏差小于 7.0 % ,最小检出量 :甲醇为 1× 10 -3 μg ;氯仿为 2× 10 - 3μg ;吡啶为 5× 10 -3 μg;四氢呋喃为 2× 10 -3 μg ;二甲基甲酰胺为 8× 10 -3 μg.
The content of residual organic solvents in Hydrochloride Nifekalant, such as methanol, chloroform, pyridine, tetrahydrofuran, N,N-dimethylformamide were determined by wide-bore quartz capillary column GC and external standard quantitative method. The correlation coefficient of the method is more than 0.99,relative standard deviation is less than 7.0%,and the detectability are as fellows, methanol:1×10-3μg,chloroform: 2×10-3μg, pyridine: 5×10-3μg,tetrahydrofuran: 2×10-3μg, N,N-dimethylformamide: 8×10-3μg.
