摘要
人力资源成本管理是现代人力资源管理的重要内容,它的构成可体现在个人、企业、社会等多个方面。就企业而言,涉及到人力资源的获取、开发、使用、保障和离职等方面的内容。对人力资源成本的管理水平如何直接关系到企业的经济效益。在现阶段加强人力资源成本管理意义重大,加强人力资源成本管理尤为重要。
Cost management for human resource is a key component of the modern human resource management. It is embodied in several facets such as individual, enterprise, and society. In regard to a company, it will be involved with acquiring, developing, utilizing, protecting, and terminating of the human resource. What a high level the management of human resource cost can attain will be directly relevant to the economic interests of the company. Enhancing cost management of human resource at the present phase is both meaningful and important.
