摘要
简述了目前有机磷农药残留的快速检测方法:活体生物测定法、分子生物学方法、生物化学测定法和其他简便快速检测法。通过对各种方法的原理,适用范围及优缺点的比较,阐述了有机磷农药残留快速检测方法的意义和前景。
The current rapid detecting techniques for organophosphorus pesticide residues were briefly introduced,including the biologic mensuration of living organism,the technique of molecular biology,the mensuration of biochemistry and some others.The prospecsts and significance of these techniques were reviewed by comparing their principles,areas of application and characteristics in this paper.
