摘要
目前住区规划设计项目方案的评审主要依靠专家的知识背景和实践经验,缺乏统一的、客观的评价标准。指标评价体系的确立可以为住区绿地规划设计的评审提供一个相对客观的依据。住区绿地系统的指标评价体系可以概括为4个集合:面积指标集合、体积指标集合、视觉指标集合和结构指标集合。
The present evaluation of the project de- sign and planning of residential areas largely de- pends on knowledge background and practical ex- perience of the experts,lacking a unified and objec- tive criterion for the evaluation.The establishment of the target evaluation system can provide a rela- tively objective basis for the evaluation of the plan- ning and design of the greenbelt for residential areas.Thetarget evaluation system for thegreenbelt system of residential areas can be summarized as four congregations:congregation of area target, congregation of volume target,congregation of vi- sual target and congregation of structural target.
