摘要
武汉市武昌昙华林历史街区具有古城文化、宗教文化、教育文化、街巷文化、建筑文化5种文化要素。其保护规划包括建筑保护与利用模式、街巷保护与利用模式等内容。其利用规划包括确定不可开发地块和制定建设控制措施等内容。另外,用地结构调整与道路交通规划等控制性详细规划内容也被加入其中,以完善保护与利用规划的内容。
The historic street block of Tanhualin in Wuchang,Wuhan city has the five cultural elements: the culture of ancient city, religious culture,educa- tional culture,street culture andarchitectural culture, etc.Its protection planning should include the archi- tectural protection and its pattern of utilization,street protection and its pattern of utilization,etc.Its utiliza- tion planning includes the determining of land block not available for development and the working out of control measures for construction,etc.Besides, the controlled detailed planning for the structural adjustment for land utilization and road traffic planning,etc.should also be included so as to per- fect the content of the planning for protection and utilization.
