摘要
温州滨水城市的格局形成于东晋,两宋时期最完整,民国时遭到毁灭性的破坏。如今,温州提出从“瓯江时代”向“东海时代”跨越的发展思路和建设“滨海山水文化名城”的目标,在城市总体规划中明确“城外山环水绕,城市山水相连,城中见山通水”的发展方向,构建“一区二轴”的城市水空间骨架。
The structure of the waterside city ofWenzhou was formed in the East Jin Dynasty andbecame the most perfected in the two Song Dynas-ties and was destructively damaged during the reignof KMT.At present,Wenzhou has proposed an ideaof development from the'Oujiang Era'to the'EastSea Era'and building the city into a' Famous CoastalNatural and Cultural City'as their goal.Therefore theyclearly set as their development direction the ideaof'mountains and rivers surrounding the city out-side the city,rivers and mountains being connectedto each other in the city and rivers and mountainsbeing seen everywhere in the city',forming an ur-ban water spatial framework of'one area and twoaxes'.[
