摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶自燃烧法制备了CoY0.1Fe1.9O4铁氧体纳米粉末.利用热重/差热综合热分析仪(TG/DTA)研究干凝胶自燃烧过程,X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究其结构和晶粒尺寸,扫描电镜(SEM)观察其形貌和晶粒度.实验结果表明,不同热处理方法得到的样品都可生成单一尖晶石相,不同热处理温度晶粒尺寸为16nm~22nm之间.
The nanopowders of CoY_(0.1)Fe_(1.9)O_4 was prepared by sol-gel self-combustion. The burning process of amorphous gelatin was studied by TG/DTA. The structure and crystal size was detected by XRD. The morphology and crystallite was observed by SEM. The experiment reveals that spinel phase of powders can be formed at different heating temperature and the crystallite size from 16 nm to 20 nm.
