摘要
本文应用实用饲粮,对雏鸭进行补钼试验,并应用光镜方法对肝、肾进行病理形态学观察。结果表明,补钼0mg·kg ̄(-1)和10mg·kg ̄(-1)两组试鸭未出现任何异常,补钼100mg·kg ̄(-1)试鸭,临床上未出现明显中毒症状,但肝、肾出现病理组织性损害。补钼1000mg·kg ̄(-1)试鸭,无论临床或病理组织学观察均出现严重中毒表现.在本文试验条件下,雏鸭对钼的安全适宜范围应在100mg·kg ̄(-1)以下.
This paper presents that the changes of ducklings daily weight gain,daily dietconsuniption and so on can be caused by supplemented with different molybdenum leveldiet.Moreover,pathomorphological observation is conducted on the liver and kidneyby the microseope. The results show as follows : the experimental ducklings supple-mented with 0mg· kg ̄(-1),10mg· kg ̄(-1) molybdenum are not fount any abnormality.Theexperimental ducklings supplemented with 100mg· kg ̄(-1)molybdenum are not found dis-tinct molybdenosis symptom in clinical observation, but the liver and kidney are foundhistopathological lesion. The experimental ducklings supplemented with 1000mg·kg ̄(-1) molybdenum are all found serious molybdenosis manifestation in clinical andpathomornhological observation. Safe and suitable ranges of molybdenum in ducklingsshould be below 100mg· kg ̄(-1) molybdenum under this experimental conditions.
