摘要
本文取30只雌性wistar大鼠,分为青年组(3～4月龄),中年组(12～15月龄)和老年组(24～28月龄),每组10只。观察其肾上腺皮质组织化学的年龄变化。观察到AKP、ATPase、3β-HSD和LDH活性随增龄下降;脂滴减少;球状带ACP活性增强而NSE活性下降;网状带细胞内脂褐素增多、增粗。上述结果可能与衰老大鼠肾上腺皮质合成、分泌类固醇激素的功能下降有关。
The present experiments were disigned to observe the effect of age on histochemistry of adrenal cortex of rats. 30 female wistar rats were divided into three groups: young (3～4 months), middle (12～15 months) and old (24～28 months). There were 10 animals in each group. It was found that in old group the activity of AKP, ATPase, 3β-HSD and LDH were lower; lipid droplets were fewer; in glomerular zona the activity of ACP were higher but NSE lower; lipofusion in cells of reticular zona increased and coarsened. The results above may have some relationship with the functional decrease in producing and secreting corticosteroid of adrenal cortex of aging rats.
