摘要
本文用蛋白质转移电泳法分析粉尘螨(dermatophagoides farinae)浸液中的组分。用转移电泳结合酶免疫分析测得21条具抗原活性电泳条带;结合刀豆蛋白A(ConA)搭桥法测得12条能与ConA结合的糖蛋白电泳条带;结合考马氏亮兰染色法只显出7条蛋白电泳条带。这些结果可能有助于进一步分析和纯化粉尘螨浸液中的抗原。
The mite extract of Dcrmatophagoides farinae (Df) was analysed by proteiu blotting. It was shown that 21 electrobands with antigenic activities were identified by enzyme immunoassay (EIA), 12 ConA-binding glycoprtein electrobands by ConA bridge method, and only 7 protein bands by Coomassie brolliant blue G250 staining. These results may be of help to further analysing and purifying the antigens in the dust mite extract
