摘要
本实验应用敏感性较高的PAP法对40例宫颈癌患者的阴道脱落细胞进行HCMV、HSV—2、HPV病毒抗原检测。结果有31例HCMV抗原阳性(77.5%),28例HSV—2抗原阳性(70%),1例HPV抗原阳性。HCMV抗原与HSV—2抗原测出的符合率为70%(阳性者24例,阴性者5例)。统计学上无显著性差异(P>0.05)。本文描述了病毒抗原在细胞中的分布。对宫颈癌病因多种病毒协同作用的理论提供了一定的实验依据。
By the sensitive PAP technique, we have detected cytomegalovirus ((HCMV).herpes simplex virus type 2(HSV-2),human papilloma virus(HFV) antigens in exfoliated cervical cells of 40 cervical cancer patients. The result showed that HCMV antigens were detected in 31 cases (77.5%), HSV-2 antiegens in 28 cases(70%), the correlation rate of HCMV and HSV-2 antigen was 70%. No singnificant difference was found between these two anti,-gens (P>0.05). HPV antigen was found in leases. The antigen distribution in the cells was described. This result provided certain experiment evidence for the cooperative effect of a few virus on causing cervical cancer .
