摘要
用110keV的Ar+离子与8.5μg/cm2的碳箔相互作用,研究ArⅠ、ArⅡ的激发光谱,并测量了6条ArⅡ的某些能级的平均寿命,其结果和别的实验及理论计算进行了比较。为了延长碳箔的使用寿命,我们改进了制箔工艺,并调节合适的电流强度,使箔的使用寿命延长到30分钟以上。
The excited spectra of Ar Ⅱ after the interaction of Ar+ ion with the carbon foil (8.5μg/cm2) have been investigated by using the Beam-Foil technique at the incident energy of 110 keV. The measured lines in the spectra, by accurate analysing, are mainly from the excited Ar Ⅱ and Ar Ⅰ. Six lines' lifetimes of Ar Ⅱ were measured. To prolong the lifetimes of the carbon foils, Some progresses have been made in preparing the foil with high quality and adjusting the intensities of ion beam. During the measurements, the lifetimes of the carbon foiltargets were more than 30 minutes.
