摘要
伴随着车辆的大幅度增长 ,我国的道路交通事故也在逐年增加。为了改变我国汽车超载行驶的严峻局面 ,笔者从我国的实际情况出发 ,分析了汽车超载行驶的原因 ,并有针对性地给出了杜绝汽车超载行驶的可行而有效的软硬件措施 ,为改善交通安全的现状 ,指出了实现的方法及努力的方向。
The incidence of traffic accident increases rapidly as the number of motor vehicles increases. In order to change the situation of overload-driving, the causation of the overload driving is analyzed. Feasible and efficient soft and hard measures for decreasing the accident are put forward, which highlight the method and direction for improving the traffic safety.
