摘要
论述了钢管混凝土拱桥施工中吊装所采用的千斤顶斜拉扣挂缆索吊装施工法的特点;针对施工过程,采用非线性分析程序ANSYS,考虑吊装施工过程中结构体系不断变化、荷载不断增加等因素,计算了南宁那莫大桥主拱肋吊装过程中的稳定安全性,得出了各施工阶段稳定安全系数;分析比较了采用两种不同吊装顺序对该大桥结构稳定安全的影响。计算结果为施工提供了重要的理论指导。
Discusses the characteristics of oblique-draw-buckle-hanged by jack construction for erection of concrete-filled-steel -tube (CFST) arch bridge. The stability and safety of the construction process of Namo Bridge is analyzed to work out the safety coefficients by way of nonlinear program ANSYS, taking into account of the changing structure and load increasing during construction. The effects of two different erection sequences on the structure stability and safety are compared and analyzed, and the result can be regarded as the important theoretical guide to construction.
