摘要
文章介绍激光切割ＣＲ－３９径迹片的方法和结果。讨论激光切割加工参数对切割质量的影响。激光器输出功率为６０Ｗ、透镜焦距为８１ｍｍ、切速为５０ｍｍ·ｓ￣（－１）时，以氮气为辅助气体可获得满意的切割效果。
The method of laser cutting CR-39 detector is described.The effects of technological pareme-ters in laser processing on cutting quality of CR-39 are discusses.The optimum processing para-meters of CR-39 are as following: 1)laser output power──60W,2)focal of lens──81 mm,3)cutting speed──50 mm·s￣(-1),and N_2 as a supplementary gas.
