摘要
在Purex流程1AF料液中调节钚的价态,先以NH_2OH·HNO_3,N_2H_4·HNO_3和U(Ⅳ)为还原剂,详细研究了各种工艺变量对还原Pu(Ⅵ)的影响。其后,选择最佳还原条件,用模拟1AF料液做了验证。最终,完成了用NO ̄-_2氧化Pu(Ⅲ)至Pu(Ⅳ)的实验。
he process of plutonium valence adjustment in nitric acid solution is studied.Effect of pro-cess condition such as:concentrations of nitric acid,reductant and plutomium;temperature andcatalysis of uranium ect. on reduction efficiency of Pu(Ⅵ)are studied with reductant NH_2OH·HNO_3,N_2H_4·HNO_3 and U(Ⅵ).More than 99 % of Pu(Ⅵ)in simulated 1AF solution is reductedunder recommended process condition,the plutonium reducted is oxidated to Pu(Ⅳ)with NaNO_2for 1A extractor.
