摘要
工程质量的高低将直接影响投资者的经济利益和社会效益。而工程质量又与工程的生产制造成本有着直接的关系,一般而言,生产制造成本越高,工程质量的标准也应越高。但是成本的提高又将影响投资者和施工企业的经济利益。如何处理好二者的关系是参与工程建设的投资者和施工单位极为关心的问题。文章根据数理统计的原理,利用平均值的偏差计算了在保证工程质量达到一定标准的情况下,工程项目在招投标中应确定的合理报价价格(授标价格),它既能保证工程质量又能使施工单位的经济利益最大化;同时,也使投资者在各方面的利益得到了较大的体现。
The quality of construction project impacts investor's economic earning and social benefit. In general the quality has a positive relation with cost namely big cost may produce good quality. But the increase of cost will impact the economical interests of investors and construction companies. So how to handle the relations between cost and quality is concerned by all the parties involved in a construction project. Employing mathematic statistics this paper takes deviation of average value to provide a rational tender price or price accepted in business negotiation while guaranteeing the project quality reaching a certain level. Actually this method not only guarantees quality but also can maximize economic earning of construction companies and meet the interests of investors.
