摘要
本文对文献资料中论述的资源—经济—环境投入产出表进行了评价,指出其不足,并根据SEEA核算的思想,在环境资源与国民经济各部门相互依存、相互提供生产消耗的基础上,编制了新的环境经济投入产出表。
The resource-economy-environment input-output table is evaluated as well as its deficiencies are pointed out in this paper. According to the principles of SEEA, based on the theory that environmental resource and the departments of national economy are interdependent and provide production each other, a new environment-economy input-output table is worked out.
