摘要
目前,西部地区的信息生产能力明显落后于全国平均水平。其中最为关键的制约因素,或者说对今后西部地区信息资源的生产起主导性作用的因素在于:数据库生产能力和多媒体文献资源的生产能力。
At present, the production capacity of information in west areas obviously falls behind national average level. The most key restrictive factors, or the factor that play a leading role to the production of information resources in west areas from now on is: the production capacity of database and multimedia document resources.
