冷战后爆发的几场大规模战争中 ,私营军事企业通过外包的方式参与战争 ,其作用越来越大。军事外包既是美国政府政策主导的结果 ,也是现代战争的客观需要。军事外包有力地支持了美国的全球战略 ,在战场上给予美军以可靠的保障 ,并促进了美国企业对当地经济的渗透。军事外包促进了私营军事企业的膨胀 ,催生了战争经济 ,也增加了战争的动力。
The Private military firms have played bigger and bigger role in the wars after the end of the Cold War. Military outsourcing is the result of US defense policy, which also meets the demands of modern war. The role of military outsourcing includes: serving the US global strategy, supporting the US armed forces on the battlefield and paving the way for American companies penetration into local markets. Military outsourcing has promoted the growth of PMFs and war economy, providing more dynamics to future wars.
