摘要
磁共振动脉自旋标记灌注成像技术是通过对动脉血作磁标记作为内源性对比剂,对脑组织的血流灌注进行定量测量的磁共振成像技术。与动态对比增强的磁共振灌注成像不同,它无需外加的对比剂,而且能得到脑血流的绝对值。它在大脑和其他器官的病理、生理的临床和基础研究中有广阔的应用前景。
Magnetic resonance perfusion imaging of arterial spin labeling is a technique to quantificationally measure the cerebral blood flow using the labeling arterial blood as a endogenous tracer. Compared to the method of dynamic contrast-enhanced MR perfusion, it needs not contrast agent, and get the absolute value of CBF. It can be widely used in the basic or clinical research of brain and other organ's pathology and physiology.
