介绍了大庆100kt/aABS改造项目的必要性和有利条件,并对该项目做了财务评价。结果表明,该项目在财务上是可行的。
The necessity of 100 kt/a ABS revamping and the advantages are introduced. The result of financial evaluation for the project shows that the project is practicable from the financial point of view.
