摘要
本文使用1996~2002年我国各省的经济数据,运用面板数据(panel data)分析法,研究了我国人力资本溢出效应以及人力资本生产部门与非人力资本生产部门之间的要素生产力差异.结果表明,在我国,人力资本对非人力资本生产部门具有显著的、正的溢出效应;与此同时,人力资本生产部门的边际生产力低于非人力资本生产部门.
This paper uses panel data analysis method, by collecting the economic statistic data of 28 provinces of China during 1996~2002, to study human capital’s spilling-over effects in China and the difference of factor productivity between human capital sector and nonhuman-capital sector. The conclusion of this paper is that human capital has obviously positive spilling-over effects on nonhuman capital sector while the marginal productivity of human capital sector is lower than that of non-human-capital sector.
