摘要
本文进行了气固两相流动颗粒湍流扩散现象的理论分析,提出了颗粒湍流扩散系数和气流弥散效应二个颗粒湍流模化新概念,在此基础上建立了气固两相流场湍流颗粒浓度模型。理论模型包括离心力和其它外加力场作用下颗粒运动和浓度分布的计算方法。运用湍流颗粒浓度模型,对直管气固两相流动、受限射流气固两相流动和90°弯管气固两相流动等三种流动做了数值模拟,计算获得颗粒速度、颗粒浓度等主要流动参数。讨论了湍流颗粒浓度模型的适用性。
In the paper,particle turbulent dispersion in gas-solid flow is theoretically analyzed.The concept of particle turbulence modeling which contains particle turbulent diffusion and sas strcam dispersive ef-fect is developed,The particle turbulent concentration model is established.The extraneous force fieldand additional forces effective on particles are theoretically studied and put forward a calculatingmethod about their forces in the model.Three kinds of gassolid flows,fully developed horizontal ductflow,confined gas-solid jet flow and 90°bend duct flow,are numerically simulated by this model.Some gas-solid flow parameters,such as gas and particle velocity and particle concentration of fullydeveloped horizontal duct flow and 90° bend duct flow are obtained.The suitability of the model isdiscussed.
