二氧化锡超细粉体的制备及研究进展 被引量:3

Preparation of ultrafine SnO_2 and its developing trend

摘要 超细二氧化锡的制备方法很多,有溶胶-凝胶法、水热合成法、化学沉淀法等。综述了近年来不同方法制备超细二氧化锡微粒的过程、原理和制备条件,描述和分析了目前各种制备超细二氧化锡的方法和特征及各方法的优缺点,并对其应用前景做出了进一步的展望。指出了今后的研究重点将集中在粉体的干燥热处理技术和制备方法的动力学研究等方面。 Ultrafine SnO_2 can be usually prepared by many methods, such as sol-gel,hydrothermal,precipitation and so on.In this paper,the process,principle and conditions of the different chemical methods for preparation of ultrafine SnO_2 are outlined in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are presented based on recently reported research works.With the introduction of the current developing trend in preparing ultrafine SnO_2,it is suggested that the researches in the future will focus on the drying technology of SnO_2 powder and the dynamical research.
