摘要
本文提出了单机多道次异步连轧机各道次间前、后张力q_h、q_H的关系式和计算各道次在全异步轧制(PV轧制)、不完全异步轧制(IPV轧制)或普通轧制(Normal轧制)时单位压力、轧制力、中性面高的方法,并以汤氏350单机三道次异步连轧机为例,用计算机辅助设计的方法计算了其各道次的力参数.计算结果说明:轧制力在PV轧制时最小,在Normal轧制时最大.
The paper discusses q_h and q_H relations between any two passes in the one-stand-tandem mill,and proposes a way to calculate any pass’s P(x),P,h_c and h_b(or h_H)on Pv rolling,IPV rolling and normal rolling. Tan’s 350 three-pass one-stand-tandem mill’s experimental data are used to calculate the above parameters.The results show that the total pressure P is the smallest in PV rolling and thegreatest in normal rolling
