摘要
采用电荷积累检测原理构成了ＭＯＳ型单片式光电开关集成电路。该器件具有低功耗、低成本、多功能的特点。文章还对器件的应用情况作了介绍。
The principle of photo detection by accumulation and the design of MOSphoto-electronic switch IC are introdueed.The advantages of the IC are:low cost,low power consumption and multiple functions. Some applications of the ICtransducer are presented.
