本文讨论了ＣＯ２激光器绝缘栅双极晶体管（ＩＧＢＴ）超小型高频高压开关电源电路原理与设计方法。它是脉宽调制（ＰＷＭ）单端正激型功率变换器，具有体积小、效率高、操作方便，工作可靠和成本低等优点。
