摘要
超细纤维染色中存在着染色深度下降,染色不匀和染色牢度降低等问题。解决办法除改进染色工艺外,应重视染料的筛选及助剂的应用。本文介绍了该类纤维的染料筛选原理及新助剂的应用,文中列举并分析了大量国外最新超细纤维用分散染料的结构,阐述了这些染料结构与应用的关系。
There are some troubles in microfibre dyeing, such as decrease in dye depth, uneven dyeing, poor fastness and so on. In order to solve the above-metioned problems, the selection of dyes and assistants should be taken into account besides improving the dyeing technique. Therefore. the choice of dyestuffs, the use of new assistants, the structure of disperse dyes used abroad and the relationship between structure and application are described in this acticle.
