摘要
采用低温自交联单体EX,通过乳液聚合法而制得的复合用低温交联水系粘合剂DFA,经105℃×3min热处理便能完成交联,主要性能超过了国内同类高温粘合剂。文章分析了该粘合剂的粘接机理、主链和侧链结构对性能的影响,以及影响剥离强力的各种因素;介绍了该粘合剂应用于复合织物的工艺试验情况。DFA应用范围广泛,操作简便,节约能源,具有明显的经济效益。
An aqueous binder DFA is emulsive polymerized by of a low-temperature and self-crosslinked monomer EX. Laminated fabric bound by DFA can finish the procedure of crosslinkage just under the condition of 105 ,3min. In respect to the characteristics,, DFA is superior to same-kind homemade high-temperature binders. The mechanism of crosslinkage. the influences of the composition of principal chain and side chain on DFA's properties are analysed as well as factors which effect on the peeling off strength. Trails are presented for applying DFA to the produce of laminated fabric. DFA has a broad application range and is easy to operate. Due to the saving in energy consumption, it is also beneficial for economic evaluation.
